With over 34 years of experience in law enforcement and physical security, I am a passionate and dedicated leader who strives to protect the people and assets of Raytheon, a global aerospace and defense company. I manage a team of security professionals who ensure the safety and security of our facilities, personnel, and equipment across multiple locations. I also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as government agencies, customers, and vendors, to coordinate security programs, audits, and compliance. I successfully implemented several initiatives to improve the security posture, reduce risks, and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our security systems and processes. Some of these initiatives include developing and delivering security training, conducting vulnerability assessments, and a progressive workplace violence prevention and intervention program. My skills in evidence, law enforcement, and leadership, which I acquired and honed during my distinguished career as a retired police captain, enable me to bring a unique and valuable perspective and experience to the physical security field.
