Network Supervisor
Current• Monitor and manage Domain Controller, ADC, Application servers (Oracle, PMS), File server andAntivirus server.• Manage Microsoft Office 365 Administration & ensure maximum E-Mail uptime.• Manage cloud backup- Box Sync; preserving the Disaster Recovery.• Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, upgradation, expansion andsupport of all IT systems.• Develop standard operating procedures and best practice, including providing written protocolsand guidance to end-users.• Vendor management and liaising for various IT requirements.• Responsible for installing, configuring and maintaining workstations, servers, LAN, VPN andhandling new projects.• Working with technicians from various engineering disciplines, supervising the progress of third-party installation/maintenance for IP/PABX, CCTV, ISP and Access Card Control systems andproviding basic support for same.• Work accordance with the priority is given on helpdesk tickets.• Managing Routers, Access points, Firewalls and ensuring wireless security.• Hands on experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Microsoft Exchange Server.• Hands on experience with the Network Devices like Sonic-Wall, Cisco Routers and Switches, FortiGate Firewall, Access Points and Modems.• Ability to manage SAP ECC & provide support to the end users.• Hands on experience with GoDaddy, Office 365 & Etisalat admin portal.• Ability to provide LAN & WAN level support.• Hands on experience with IT Asset Management at Group Level.• Ability to coordinate with Hardware & Software vendors for any hardware or software changes.• Understanding the requirements from the company and always suggest the right solution after theassessments.
