I know what they're good at, and, more importantly, what they're absolutely rubbish at. Enhancing productivity? Yes. Replacing humans? Not quite. Whether it's web publishing, content marketing, SEO strategy, or content creation, I've done a ton of it in a variety of professional settings—from agencies to freelancing and lots in between. I started my content journey as a researcher and copywriter, before progressing into fancy strategic and leadership roles. If the job exists within a content department, chances are I've done it at some point.My mentorship skills make me an imminently lovable team leader. My ability to deliver a high volume of complex content projects under tight deadlines means I can revitalize struggling content departments or maintain thriving ones.
