I have many years in the field of construction, maintenance, and management. During these endeavors, I have managed crews and sub-contractors for repairs, renovations, additions in both residential & commercial projects. Including 20 years of impeccable good standing with AZ-ROC and A+ BBB holding an Arizona license as a General Contractor, I have had a wide range of hands-on experience and knowledge with heavy & light equipment operations, from intricate industrial work to residential repairs for rental properties, turnovers, and renovations. As a business owner, I've handled a variety of roles from managing operations for other builders as well as monitor and control spending in my own business. This experience has allowed me to have an in-depth understanding of all the roles required for commercial T&I or home improvement and preventive maintenance. I have managed and set up teams and cross-trained employee's to improve reliability and execute jobs for improved task completions. I believe that client satisfaction and pride in my work to improve teams reflects in the bottom line, which has served the client well. Teamwork goes hand in hand with good work ethics and I constantly strive for excellence in those areas and expect the same from my team. My outgoing personality, allowing me the ability to mesh with all walks of life, which is one of my strongest suits, I feel there is not much I cannot do, once the task is determined.
