I founded PrimeCarers to help solve the social care crisis and grow the independent carer market. Both carers and clients are prevented from participating due to high matching costs and the subsequent administrative burden. We want to give clients quality and choice at a reasonable price, whilst enabling carers to earn what they truly deserve, as well as providing them with the flexibility they need to continue caring for others.Previously I worked at Retechnica, an advanced Machine Learning text analytics company in London.Prior to that, at EY, I built out the Open Innovation practice at EY to help them and their clients embrace open innovation. There I also spent two years working within multiple consulting delivery roles, building experience in multiple areas from deploying Lean process management, 6 Sigma Data Analytics to programme and change management. I spent a year at Tesco, where I managed part of the property development programme and got my start at QA, running projects for the board
