In my current role I am the Operations Manager for Panther Well Service in Alice, Texas. I handle a wide variety of tasks from day to day. My primary function is to manage the daily operations of a coil tubing business. I oversee and schedule all jobs, supervise personnel, set goals for personnel, evaluate our staffing needs as well as individual performances. Schedule days off and vacation, interface with clients on a daily basis to promote strong relationships with Panther Well Service and our customer base. I operate as a technical resource for our field personnel as needed, conduct training courses to better improve our personnel skill levels. I work with the Managing Director in efforts to identify cost saving measures as well as detailing cost reports, P&L statements, developing budgets at a district level. I also complete bid proposals for clients, implement company policy into affect and promote Panther Well Service safety philosophy to our employees.

In my tenure with Torqued Up Energy Services I served as a District Manager for multiple districts. While operating in ETX, I was responsible for managing the Henderson, Fairfield and PA districts. I worked with our operations group to ensure jobs are facilitated with the proper personnel and equipment. I strived to streamline current business processes, develope and impliment policy at a district level to increase overall performance and Quality Service. Interfaced with sales force to identify client needs and make bid proposals for jobs, reconcile employee expenses, reviewed and reconciled district P&L statement, approve/decline purchase orders, control staffing needs, introduce district cost saving plans, offered technical support for field personnel and identified and improved revenue streams. Other areas of responsibility included: development of District budgets, long term and short term forecasting of gas play market and R&M project oversight.

In this role I managed the daily operational aspects of a Coil tubing and pumping service district for South Texas. My primary responsibilities were to oversee all field personnel and equipment. I scheduled crews and equipment and coordinated all jobs. I also interfaced daily with our sales force to ensure we were meeting our client needs. Developed and implemented a days off schedule, reviewed all employee expenses, adhered to a strict budget while maintaining equipment upkeep needs. Scheduled employee vacation, disciplinary actions as needed. Trained field personnel on coil tubing equipment, offered technical support to all field staff, served as field coordinator and operated under a 24/7 on call basis.

Oversee the daily field operations. Support and command coil crew, train field personnel, complete field paperwork and convert to required electronic formats, schedule/coordinate rig moves, inventory and order rig supplies and materials, assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues with equipment, interface with client, interface with support operations personnel,adhere to company safety policies. Assume well control responsibility while on location, ensure safe well operations by Xtreme personnel.

Supervise coil tubing crew. Communicate with client rep, train field employees, follow safety policies, complete field tickets and all equipment reports. Ensure that proper well control procedures are followed by Sanjel USA employees. Report mechanical issues, troubleshoot equipment, report and explain non-productive time, offer technical advise to client as needed.
