James BoydaBoyda is a Principal in the Tampa practice of Tatum, LLC.During his career, Boyda has 10 years of internal audit experience and over 20 years controller experience in a variety of industries including energy, manufacturing, transportation, retail and construction segments. He has worked on M&A due diligence, cash management, budgeting, forecasting, costing, restructuring, financial modeling and system integration. As a Tatum Principal, Boyda worked on a $100mm M&A project, was later given the added responsibilities of Corporate Controller and later assisted in a restatement of the company’s financials and finally assisted in the acquisition on a $15mm LOC. Boyda has also served as Interim Controller to InStar Services, a construction company wholly owned by ServiceMaster, a multi-billion dollar company providing services to residential and commercial customers. Prior to joining Tatum, Boyda was the Controller and Director of Administration at Instar. Boyda started his career at Kraft Foods as an auditor later moving to American Natural Resources to direct the audit of the construction of the USA’s first commercial scale synthetic fuels plant a $2 billion venture.
