The communication campaign received a MarCom Gold Award and a Bronze Award from the League of American Communication Professionals. In 2012 received highest employee recognition for success of the Be Well program as the Chairman’s Award winner representing corporate functions.• Lead annual Open Enrollment project which includes: benefit renewal and plan design, benefit plan cost projections and budget development, communication strategy, design of enrollment materials, employee presentations.• Project lead on many benefit initiatives including: Developed new hire on-boarding presentation and materials; develop annual benefit fringe budget of $138M; redesigned benefits website, SPD updates, compliance notices, BCBS claims audit, Proxy support.
