In charge of pilot production sequence audit and continued cost reduction tasks. Sizing breakers, testing fasteners, vibromounts and new materials. Assisted in first round of cost reductions.-World Alternator Integration. Redesigning mounting skids and junction box locations to except new alternator manufacturers design. During the design phase new UL regulations had to be taken into account. Creating new modules with correct hardware for alternator installation.-Field Complaint- Assisted in intake runner redesign to stop the resonance issues that were preventing a smooth start of the industrial generator.

Cummins & Barnard - Power Plant & Energy Consulting-Constellation Energy Group Brandon Shores AQCS Project. Contacted vendors regarding spare parts recommendation for startup, commissioning, operation and maintenance of air quality control systems. Created purchase orders and part recommendations that were later purchased by Constellation. Worked with Roberts & Schafer expediting information on the material handling system. (2009-Present)-Alliant Energy Corporation Edgewater Generation Station Units 4 &5 (Sheboygan, Wisconsin), Ottumwa Generation Station (Ottumwa, Iowa), Columbia Generation Station Units 1 & 2 (Portage, Wisconsin). Performed air quality control system design basis testing. Directed Platt Environmental Services Inc., on location, throughout the testing periods. Utilized thermal imaging camera to determine leaks in any of the pressurized flue gas systems. Developed combustion calculations based on tested and historical data to confirm the design basis for future AQCS systems. (2008-2009).-Alliant Energy Corporation Edgewater Unit 5. Responsible for creating NPV analysis, KT evaluation matrix, and experience/pricing comparison in order to finalize SCR bid selection. Consolidated responses to questions submitted to HDR|CB. Involved in the development of Process and Instrumentation Diagrams, Process Flow Diagrams and pipe routing for a Natural Gas four boiler energy center.
