Project and change manager and system admin of end to end disability care software platform MYP.

Provided strategic and operational leadership to the Business Operations team which consists of Project Managers, Project Support and the Corporate Systems teams whilst championing project management and quality project governance across the organsiation.Previously I successfully implemented as project manager for a large scale Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software rollout using Agile methodology to ensure a quality end product.• Performed requirements gathering and sourced product and vendor• Performed full data migration from legacy systems• Created change management and communications plans to ensure smooth organisational wide roll out of ERP.• Delivered training across 3 states to over 300 people in all aspects of ERP functionality. • Developed new processes and procedures to utilise the new ERP (Microsoft Dynamics AX) and ensure efficient project delivery and accurate financial and resource management

I was hired on a three month contract as the project manager for its fundraising event over the October long weekend.Key Achievements• Management of successful event which returned a 50% yield on its investment and restored the event to profitability. • Liaising, negotiating and troubleshooting with over 20 different venue and party prompters• Maintaining good working relationships with existing NMG staff, volunteers and sponsors.• Negotiation and implementation of project budget with NMG board to maximise potential fundraising whilst ensuring a successful and popular event;• Marketing and promotion of event using web, print and social media to ensure maximum exposure to all community groups;

Worked within the Information Services business area and reported to the Business Services manager. Responsibilities for my 2 roles at my time at DPC included:• Creating and maintaining key project management deliverables including the project timeline and training schedules to drive the replacement of 75% of the departmental PC fleet, including a SOE upgrade to Windows 7;• Procuring 500 desktop PC’s from the winning vendor;• Liaising with facility management provider and clients for physical desktop computer deployment.• Sourcing, pricing and procuring all departmental IT equipment for the Department including desktop computers, laptops, printers, multi-function devices, servers, switches and smartphones;• Ensuring a high level of customer service across the department and its portfolio entities in provision of these services to end users; • Maintaining awareness of industry procurement practises including current standing offer arrangements with a focus on continuously improving the benefits and outcomes of the procurement function. Further ensuring these practices and procedures align with departmental and Whole-of-Government operational and strategic planning ;• Building and maintaining good working relationships with the departments core suppliers;
