I was hired on a three month contract as the project manager for its fundraising event over the October long weekend.Key Achievements• Management of successful event which returned a 50% yield on its investment and restored the event to profitability. • Liaising, negotiating and troubleshooting with over 20 different venue and party prompters• Maintaining good working relationships with existing NMG staff, volunteers and sponsors.• Negotiation and implementation of project budget with NMG board to maximise potential fundraising whilst ensuring a successful and popular event;• Marketing and promotion of event using web, print and social media to ensure maximum exposure to all community groups;

Further ensuring these practices and procedures align with departmental and Whole-of-Government operational and strategic planning ;• Building and maintaining good working relationships with the departments core suppliers;
