I am the owner and operator of BRITT FILMS, LLC, a Colorado-based business that offers professional video production services, including cinematography, narrative, commercial, wedding, promotional, & music video work, among other types of film services. I regularly partner with other talented individuals -- such as camera operators, boom mic operators, grip, actors, etc. -- on a needs-basis regarding the complexity of the project. What makes BRITT FILMS unique in my market is that I draw out the compelling story within the vision of whatever it is I am tasked with filming.

I shot and edited videos for Woodmen Valley Chapel, which is a 7,000+ Christian community. I typically shot interviews, testimonials, announcements, and videos to illustrate and enhance the weekly sermon. I shot everything in 4K (ultra-high-definition) and worked with a variety of professional camera & lighting equipment, lenses, dollies & sliders, and other video production gear. I also helped manage the social media presence of the church and collaborated with other members of the Communication Arts department regarding visual design and multimedia.

I filed first notice of loss auto claims reports and managed those claims through to completion. I helped insureds find repair shops for their vehicles and tried to recommend our preferred vendors. Unique to my role, I was also responsible for the investigation of complex losses, policy coverage questions, and any claims matters above the duties of our Fast Track Unit. Often times, I negotiated with other insurance carriers to conclude a specific fault decision if there was comparative negligence between the drivers. I was highly familiar with the regulations of the Department of Insurance for the states to which I was assigned. I had been the team lead for the Spanish claims unit at different times, assisted with Spanish translations for other departments, and handled escalated calls requiring a Spanish speaker.Beyond my regular duties, I developed a time management application that was promoted as a best practice during company training sessions and used across multiple regions within the CSAA Insurance Group organization.

I was the photographer/videographer for portrait and video projects for Black Tie Film & Photography. I promoted the business, reached out to clients, shot portraits and event photos, captured professional videos (including organizational and music videos), and edited the photos and videos myself.

I would monitor thousands of recorded customer interactions for Verizon Wireless in order to identify trends and business pain points. Once an observation was made, I would further analyze the issue and trend available data in order to specify a root cause Once the cause was determined, I would propose creative strategies to resolve the issue and conduct the implementation. I'd also monitor the progress of the initiatives in order to assess if the implementation was successful or what adjustments must be made to achieve our goals.

Working in an inbound call center environment, I offered services of a variety of companies to customers and explained their benefits. I was extensively trained in moving from a base sale to up-sale while providing required information and a tailored customer experience.

I assisted customers with product knowledge and helped them to make purchases regarding electronics, such as computers, portable media, digital cameras, etc. I was responsible for meeting daily sales goals and offering our internal credit promotions. I regularly participated in training exercises regarding customer service and to improve my knowledge of newer technologies relevant to our products.
