Appointed to steer the post-acquisition integration of George Banco into Everyday Loans, integrating the technology stack with existing processes, ensuring an uninterrupted customer journey.➤ Defined and executed a ‘100-day action plan’, devloping process for migration of the guarantor loan book, saving £1.5m against previously externally quoted costs from Equiniti Pan Credit. ➤ Developed a bespoke Lending Experience and Operations (LEO) CRM and an underwriting portal, enabling the guarantor business to operate on the exiting personal loan system (Pan Credit).➤ Designed and implemented of a new customer self-service portal, impacting 100,000+ customers, enabling business growth and scale-up, doubling volume to £4m+ monthly.➤ Successfully integrated and harmonised the customer journey and technology with Everyday Loans, enabling the firm to double its loan book across both brands to over £100m.➤ Introduced the use of ‘E-signature’ loan agreements across both brands, streamlining the loan documentation process, increasing business agility and flexibility, reducing cost.
