Creator and manager of a Laravel framework based recruitment website.

• Managing and updating KCS’s main and subsidiary websites, including all country-specific content (currently South Africa, North Carolina USA, Texas USA, Ireland and Netherlands).• Updating UX on websites with relevant and up to date technologies. • Updating HubSpot landing pages and CTA’s, forms etc. • Managing go live dates when launching new websites.• Rebranding newly acquired company’s websites. • Work with SEO/SEA partner to ensure that traffic profiles increase.• Planning and achieving online targets, including growing unique page views, lowering bounce rates, improving time on site and generating more contact requests.• Create or manage the production, editing and maintenance of all website content and copy including info-graphics and images to support more engaging web content.• Writing own copy (if needed) and/or managing agencies/copy-writers to update content.• Analysing traffic profiles, providing management reports and creating action plans to ensure targets are achieved or exceeded.• Manage on-going web projects, including subsidiary site development or integration, translated (country-specific) sites and any micro-site requirements.• Providing feedback to the KCS development teams on improving the company’s own web content management system

• Loading new content into new templates within the Alterian content management system.• Applying templates to existing content.• Where necessary I had to collaborate with content editors and our photo manager to adjust text or images to meet the requirements of specific web page designs.• Uploading content (pdfs, png, doc etc ) to the content management system and relating it to the correct pages.• Quality assurance of pages before they go live.• Creating, editing and publishing page content.
