The project is under a PPP contract and is a turn key project which… Show more Initially based on the Perth and Kinross schools project a £136 million 73,000m2 development for Perth & Kinross council the development is spread across six campuses within the P&K district. The project involves the demolition of existing facilities and construction of a decant facility along with the construction of two primary schools and two secondary schools we have also constructed two joint facility campuses. The project is under a PPP contract and is a turn key project which commenced on site in January 2008 and the last building is due for completion on the 10th of October 2011. James has also been promoted onto the Scottish and North of England Business Unit Leadership team which is involved in the critical planning and tactical scoping of the SNE business unit. The BUL is a small group of senior leaders from commercial and operational sections of the business who work closely with the SNE Director to ensure that all aspects of the business are aligned and that we are able to win and deliver the required business to maintain and develop all aspects of our business. There is also a senior safety leadership team which James is actively involved in.
