Overall responsibility for Digital Advertising P&L and commercial strategy. Particular focus on organisational transformation, business / revenue model development and structural change. Recent successes include the implementation of a data management platform (DMP) and the launch of an audience targeting proposition based on 1st party data. Plus the launch of new commercial content revenue streams, enabling agencies to either white label or utilise to drive cost efficiencies. A member of the TMG digital executive team and board member for both IAB and AOP industry bodies.

As Digital Sales Director I am responsible for a team of 35 working across Sales, Ad Operations and Trade Marketing. My role is to ensure we are maximising advertising revenues across our digital platforms (Web, VOD, Mobile & Tablet). This means ensuring our Sales team are leading the market, Ad Operations deliver seamless campaigns for our advertisers (from sales to delivery) and ensure that our visibility within the market is maximised with outstanding trade marketing.
