Corporate Counsel involved in every stage of difficult and complex litigation processes including extensive investigation, discovery, pleadings, pre-trial work, settlement, trial representation, and appeals. Serves as a significant resource to Company Executives to facilitate activities regarding defense litigation activities. Provides strategic analysis and planning of defense in anticipated or current litigation. Reviews work product of outside counsel and modify, as needed and required, to appropriately defend the Company.
