As they say you name it I do it well if I may also add too but have to say I have the best Bosses which are the Casaburi's these great people are like a 2nd family to me known them for over 27 years. I also have to say I have by far the greatest operations manager ever that I had past dealings with her name is Valerie Wagner she is going places and if Retro Fitness Corp does not add her to there already fantastic management group they will be missing out on a future superstar the truth and fact this young women is the real deal.

Responsible for all Sport Authorities ski departments in Broward and North Dade of staffing , operation , payroll , ordering inventory , coordinating+staff and team leaders with store managers of each Sports Authority , arranging advertising via my company to Sports authorities newspapers inserts as well as a lot of driving and long hours during the height of the winter months . As they say hard work well done is very rewarding to yourself for future endeavors of great profiling of great people/employees to be dealing with business aspects as well as hiring. Hard work well done and personal gratification in upper management is what I always strive for and still do to this day.
