Loan Adjustor/ Workout Officer / Vice President • Managing a portfolio consisting of SBA complex real estate loans, security instruments and business assets totaling up to $12 million.• Analyze account information including whole relationship (credit cards and DDA accounts). • Evaluate financial statements, tax returns and assess client’s creditworthiness along with preforming risk analysis. Take appropriate action to minimize loss and protect collateral including recommending modifications, deed in lieu, settlements, short sales, deferments or foreclosure. • Monitor borrower’s compliance with financial covenants and non-financial covenants in assigned portfolio.• Interpret risk level and forecast transactions to non-accrual and or charge off.• Participate in risk management strategy meetings to summarize collection efforts and post charge off recommendations.• Research disputed delinquent loan balances, including misapplied payments, direct deposit errors and overpayment errors• Conduct research and determine resolution for title/collateral perfection issues which may include title claim filing to recover losses• Extensive exposure to bankruptcy processing, Chapter 7,11,13 and UCC filings including matters referred to local counsel for legal action (motions for relief and litigation)• Created monthly maturity and past due reports in Cognos in order to assist with month-end reporting
