I Co-Founded Vertical Fox to leverage my 25 years of benefits brokerage experience to automate and improve the purchase and management of employee benefits. Vertical Fox provides a digital brokerage platform for employee benefit brokers, employers, and insurers/service providers. Our platform provides faster results, more powerful insight, and lower costs. By leveraging real time analytical tools, we enable brokers and insurers to operate more efficiently and employers to make faster, better informed decisions. Prior to Vertical Fox, I Co-Founded two brokerage firms and ran the NY Metropolitan market for Arthur J Gallagher. C&B Consulting was founded in 1992 and grew into one of the 10 largest privately held benefits consulting firms in the New York market. In 1998 we sold our wholesale division to USI and in 2007 the consulting division to Arthur J. Gallagher where I became New York Metropolitan Area President. Prior to working in the brokerage space, I worked at MetLife in their large account’s benefits division. Throughout my career I have held seats on several prominent insurance carrier advisory boards. The ability to interact with other industry leaders has given me insight into the nation’s top insurance markets and a better understanding of the challenges the industry faces. I received 40 Under 40 Business Leadership Awards in 2008 from Long Island Business News and in 2010 from Crain’s New York Business. My charitable activities have been recognized by The Long Island Home and Adults and Children with Learning and Developmental Disabilities (ACLD).
