I am a senior leader with over 23 years experience in operational law enforcement. The vast majority of my career has been spent in operational roles, both in investigative functions and specialist operational support teams. As a senior leader within the NCA, I lead multiple work streams, managing a geographically spread team of multi-disciplined practitioners. I lead on several aspects of strategic planning, including workforce planning and recruitment, strategic business planning and business continuity management, ensuring our people can deliver the NCA’s mission of protecting the public.
