I began working at Liniar at the age of 18 as a new apprentice in a completely new industry. Over the last 5 years I have absorbed as much knowledge as I could and during this time I have worked my way up within the company and increased my skill set enormously, all whilst carrying out my advanced apprenticeship program. I now have a large amount of responsibilities in my role, my main ones being, 3D printing, robot programming and mentoring my two young apprentices & graduate. This involves teaching them the skills that I have been taught over the years and passing on my knowledge.My full roles and responsibilities at Liniar are;--> 3D Printing for our in house designs.--> Quotations for our 3D printing customers.--> 3D Printer repair & maintenance.--> Managing and mentoring apprentices.--> Designing and manufacturing new innovative products.--> New product set up and implementation within the company.--> Customer and supplier relations.
