Reduced internal audit/outside/penetration from 14 to 2 after Proactive security program and risk assessment. Business Continuity improvement; risk score reduced from over 100 to 44; driven by the safeguarding of systems in secure data center. Brought from level 3 to level six HIMMS in 18 months.
