-Independently plan, coordinate, monitor and direct the workflow of statistical operations for testing program(s) and research projects.-Plan and oversee the preparation of statistical procedures memoranda and other statistical documents.-Perform complex data analysis for testing program(s) and projects.-Perform quality control, statistical analysis and data processing tasks by using established procedures-Design, develop, and coordinate the implementation of complex computer subsystems for processing statistical data and reports.-Develop and coordinate the preparation of tables and text for inclusion in program publications.-Serve as consultant or representative for assigned testing program when complex computer systems are being designed or revised.-Contribute to discussion regarding the potential effects of changes in testing program(s); recommend long-range goals and plans for programs.-Identify the resolution of data-related problems and evaluate data for reasonableness. Train other staff in the use of ETS and off-the-shelf software.-Respond to requests for data and data interpretation. Identify the course of action required to process additional and non-routine requests. -exercise functional supervision over staff members at various levels. - Provide leadership by coaching, assigning, and monitoring Statistical Assistants and Senior Statistical Assistants for all data processing activities. - Proactively work toward shorter cycle time and reduced costs, greater customer satisfaction, and quality maintenance by suggesting and implementing process improvements. - Participate on a test creation team. - Represent Statistical Analysis to clients and to other ETS departments in meetings, conference calls and through written correspondence. - Provide input on possible increase of scope/timelines in programs necessary to complete tasks. - Interact and consult effectively with ETS staff and with internal and external contacts.
