1. Responsible for providing technical support to local big customers. 2. May provide support in a pre-sales through post-sales capacity. Provides, presents and interprets design, application and service information. 3. Develops product specifications and applications usable by a specific customer and explores the business feasibility of general marketing. 4. Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained. 5. Providing applications support, making technical presentations, and a strong technical knowledge of company products.
