Snappy Snaps Photo Lab; May 2004-Present Position: Manager, Photo Restorer and Printer. My managerial role included tasks such as, time sheets, complaints, health and safety monitoring, banking, key holder, head office liaison, meeting targets set by business owner, machine maintenance, creating marketing material, customer service, ordering and monitoring stock and all day to day shop keeping tasks. This role involves very technical aspects regarding the upkeep of the machines and fixing problems when they arise. In a busy store, which can handle 300 orders a day, file ordering (physically and digitally) is key to a smooth operation.
