Passionate physiotherapy student and personal trainer with a particular interest in exercise, anatomy, and education. I apply an evidence based and holistic approach to guide my decision making, which enables my clients to achieve the best results possible. Throughout the past three years, I have been able to delve into physiology and anatomy within my Bachelor of Sport and Exercise science degree while also practically applying this during placement hours with JPS Health & Fitness. During my placement at JPS Health & Fitness, I was able to apply all my theoretical anatomical and physiological knowledge through a range of communication techniques subsequently enabling me to thrive in that environment.
