Made binding decisions relating to the required guidelines Settled discussions and implemented choices on a daily basis that allowed suppliers to perform at the required level Allocated workloads to suppliers and ensured that they attained the required standard of design within an agreed timescale Confirmed drawing standard from suppliers and redlined where required Interfaced with, & managed client expectations for delivery Communicated (where required) different stages of design to allow other departments (Acquisition \​ Planning \​ Commercial etc) to align their targets with drawing outcomes. Kept up to date with the evolving guidelines as laid out by the client and fed back any errors or anomalies within the documentation. Organised activities surrounding site specific issues to ensure a confirmed design prior to any build activity (i.e RL testing\​Trial Holes\​GPR Scans\​GDC\​QS approval's etc) Maintained documentation and records relating to site activities.

Ensuring every element of Build for the Beacon project is covered off safely, economically & completed to the highest of standards. Organising every element of Build from Civils to Rigging. Daily problem solving. Required a flexible and dedicated approach to make the role work. Running of specialist projects such as Elara Re-Rigs to fit into the day to day roles of the jobs. Constant deliverance required with no room for error.
