IT GUIDEPOINT represents Rootstock to small and mid-sized manufacturers. Rootstock is a cloud based ERP system that operates as a Salesforce application. I toured the manufacturing facilities of a Rootstock sales prospect to familiarize myself with their operations and I helped IT GUIDEPOINT prepare a Rootstock demonstration for another prospect.

Zero/One is my corporation through which I manage work performed under contract. For example, IT GUIDEPOINT and ZERO/ONE currently have an in force contract.The following are a few of Zero/One's clients.• Bell Laboratories – Laboratory Manager for an Electronic Switching System 5 laboratory• McDonald Corp. – Supported their Remote Offices data communications upgrade.• Barber Green Corp. – Developed the SDLC documents for a heavy construction business system• Landauer, Inc. – Developed an x-ray dosimeter exposure reporting system• Safety Kleen – Analyzed their need to integrate laboratory instruments with Information systems.

Navistar is a holding company for International Trucks and IC Bus which manufacture commercial trucks, buses, engines and parts.I served as a full-time Business Analyst contractor for 10 years and then as an employee until 2018.• All IT projects were managed within a formal Project Management Office (PMO) structure. My primary responsibility was to generate initial drafts of SDLC documents and then collaborate with the project team to refine them into their final versions.• I was responsible for: o Leading project teams composed of internal and external stakeholders including executives, senior managers, third-party resources, operational and technical subject matter experts.o Supplementing the verbal content of the documents with related drawings, spreadsheets, screen layouts, diagrams, charts, etc. o Organizing and scheduling team meetings and other team activities.• Generated the migration execution documents as part of the team that converted the applications architecture for Navistar's 200 plus dealers from distributed to centrally served.• Specified auto-generated real time dealer communications system error messages to improve Mean Time to Repair statistics. • Reverse engineered the existing Dealer Financial Benchmarking application in order to add additional functionality and then generated the necessary SDLC documents.• Created SDLC documents to:o Enhance the dealer service interface so vehicle service estimate data entered into Navistar's system would be simultaneously inserted into the dealer's local business system thus eliminating a manual data re-entry process.o Enhance dealer location adds, changes and deletions functions to make them uniform across the full set of dealer applications.o Convert dealer associated legacy ASCI flat files into XML files in order to make them more accessible to service based architectures.
