· Performed full life cycle recruiting for cleared candidates from secret to TS/SCI with full-scope polygraph within the DOD and intelligence community.· Developed short and long term hiring strategies and techniques for program managers.· Planned and attended internal recruiting events with colleges, the military, and the intelligence community building pipelines of connections with qualified candidates.

· Managed the recruitment function across multiple businesses as a technical and intelligence recruiter for three companies.· Provided full life cycle recruiting for technical candidates in the intelligence and IT communities with clearances ranging from Secret to TS/SCI FSP. Sourced, screened, and submitted resumes matching the required skills and qualifications, identifying candidates for various classified contracts such as systems security officer, LAN/WAN system engineer, and all-source intelligence analysts.· Sourced cleared resumes for CONUS and OCONUS technical positions, pre-screened prospective candidates, presented applicants to hiring managers, organized interviews, and finalized offer letters. Created requisition reports for executives to review candidates and maintained and executed an average time to fill of 15-25 days.
