As a member of the Learning organization, the Learning Design Manager will work collaboratively with the Training Directors, HR Business Partners, and business leaders across the company and designated subject matter experts to obtain the information needed in order to organize content and curriculum into logical, instructional patterns that are appropriate for the culture, learner expertise and complexity of the initiative.
