I am an entrepreneur and corporate development professional, with 20 years experience in consulting, investment banking, and as CEO/CFO of startups in the social impact and climate tech space.I started my career with LEK Consulting, a consultancy specializing in corporate strategy and M&A due diligence. I then joined Morgan Stanley’s M&A department, completing numerous M&A transactions, IPOs and financings across a broad range of sectors (including energy, utilities, mining, manufacturing and media).After moving to Colorado I took an entrepreneurial path and played a key role in the growth of a healthcare business that we sold the group to a private equity firm.Since then I've been CFO or CEO of several start-ups, and managing director of Chair 10 Consulting, a consulting firm providing strategic and financial advice in the climate tech space. My most recent position, prior to MetOx, was President of Generac Grid Services, a division formed following the acquisition of Enbala Power Networks (where I was CFO of) by Generac.
