Pole Construction

I the role of Maintenance Team leader I supervised a team of maintenance personnel of different trades to provided routine and breakdown maintenance for the Pole Production Plant. I was accountable for the safety of the maintenance personnel and contributed to the overall safety of the personnel working at Pole Construction.
