We have the facilities in place to handle all customs clearance requirements in house at our Felixstowe offices and a hugely experienced team on hand to assist with all operations enquiries from Great Yarmouth, Rugely and Felixstowe.

Role consisted of:- Sales of Prestige Cars and mass market cars- Helping my colleague with commercial sales- Buying quality used cars- Providing top service to customers- Overseeing that the vehicles are prepared through the workshop and managing them through valeting- Photographing the vehicles- Creating good, strong adverts designed to catch the eye- Managing the stock ensuring prices remain competitive - Sales administration - Forecourt presentation- Relations with suppliers- Liaising with accounts, workshop and body shop- Responding to all enquiries immediately - Aftersales care- Social MediaDuring my time here, I created a social media presence for the company as they were not aware of its benefits in terms of exposure, I pushed for a brand new website for the Prestige Cars section which I eventually got and was in charge of its design and development. I created a new RH logo for the business which reflected the prestigious element that we were aiming for. Using this new logo, I created number plates for all of our stock to wear which further enhanced the professionalism of the business. I refined the photography and doubled the portfolio of every car from 20 to 40 consistent and clear images of the stock. During our new showroom build, I pushed for a glass surround hand over bay within the building which was agreed to. There is now a dedicated glass room covered in the new RH logo whereby customers can enjoy the ultimate hand over experience and see their new car in an exclusive room under several spotlights.

- March 9th 2015 - Apprenticeship in Sales begins, learning the trade and gaining experience in dealing with retail/ domestic customers.- August 2016 - Apprenticeship complete, I am now NVQ Level 2 Qualified in Customer Service. I am now responsible for:- Selling to all domestic customers- Liaising with workshop to ensure machines are prepared on time for customers- Taking machines out to customers homes for demonstration- Ordering stock- Showroom presentation- Pricing- October 4th 2016 - Became Area Sales Manager responsible for all commercial sales within Norfolk. At this stage I also still helped with the showroom and domestic trade over the remaining weekends that we opened. I was responsible for:- Relations with existing professional customers across Norfolk- Relations with our suppliers such as Ransomes Jacobsen and Wild Cat- Visiting potential customers and developing new business relationships with them- Arranging and carrying out demonstrations of new equipment to potential buyers- Quoting prices for machinery (new and used)- Ordering machinery from our suppliers- Attending promotional events such as Golf days and factory tours- Liaising with all departments (accounts, workshop, parts, warehouse) to ensure I am completely up to speed with progress of my customers' orders, payments and any other work we may be undertaking for them
