Conducting internet-based research and phone interviews to create written reports on a variety of different topics. As well as carrying out primary research and interviewing, my duties include editing the work of other researchers and creating final copies of reports, ready to send to the client. Recent subjects of reports have included: • Research into Intellectual Property conglomerate companies. My focus was on Warner Bros. Discovery’s business and profit structure, and analysis of their IP distribution structure and associated premiums and business benefits. • Policy trends, demand trends and future outlook regarding the E-fuel and Sustainable Aviation Fuel for decarbonisation of the transportation sector in Europe. • Policy trends, technology trends and supply chain analysis relating to the Critical Raw Materials necessary for the transition to clean energy Clients have included international governmental bodies.

Supporting the rollout of a new e-documentation and ePMA system across the Salisbury District Hospital, improving patient safety and experience through digital technology. - Rolled out both systems across 19 wards in a 6 month period.- Carried out a full compliance audit of each ward rolled out to and created reports. - Provided live on-ward support when the new systems were introduced. - Lead lead-in face-to-face training activities for nurses, doctors and HCAs. - User tested new system features and assisted their creation.

In an entirely Spanish working environment, I worked as a translator of financial, legal, academic, medical and technical documents into both English and Spanish. In addition to this, I wrote short articles for the company blog. Finally, I taught online English to students studying for their Cambridge English: Proficiency exams at a variety of different language levels.
