About James Cavalier Mcimspa

I am the Founder and Relationship Director for the ‘Active in the Community CIC’ (AITC), a Senior Manager Member of CIMSPA and a former Trustee of Bucks Mind.AITC provide project management services for the public sector, providing a specialism within the sports development, physical activity and health industries. We deliver a number of Local Authority services, Active Partnership and Public Health commissioned projects, as well as some specifically funded project work through both large and small grant programmes.We also provide comprehensive lettings management services to multiple Schools in Buckinghamshire. We have proven that we are able to generate greater financial returns for the school community than any other company we are aware of, and higher levels of added value through our free to access consultancy services. My strengths lie within developing pro-active partnerships that create change in our communities. This includes securing financial investment, creation and management of events and activities, and leading a team of highly skilled staff to engage people and establish positive behaviour change.
