Working on quick hiring, setting up process and some project developing and implementation stage 1, Responsible to set up the team hiring work as well as Org structuring 2, Work with Project development team by support activities – such as finance module element and B/L analysis3, Review and build up the EPC & supply chain process as well as contract template with coordinating with several functions such as Fin, Legal, BD.4, Working with Fin to study the financial structure and model to support BD5, Whole solar supply market research and supply assurance to secure the oversea project schedule on time 6, Supply strategy building up and keeping flexible in current ramp up/down solar market7, Set up strategic relationship with module, inverter, structure and elec-equipment suppliers as well as tactical sourcing activities implementation8, Develop up the supply strategy of the equipment and raw material of solar power plant9, Execute and monitor the daily operation of supply chain in detail till end customer10, Cost driven sourcing activities to initiate the projects on the factory level of raw material
