• Motivate and manage a team of up to 80 production staff, comprising Team Leaders, Laminators, plumbers, engineers, carpenters and deck fitters• Ensure compliance with Lloyds Register and RINA regulations and liaise with their Surveyors• Set, review and implement labour and cost budgets, develop build calculators and manage variances• Conduct surveys and quality audits, compiling reports throughout all build processes• Rectify identified defects and failings within the build process, liaising with the design department to implement required alterations to build specifications• Manage the development and continuous improvement of new and existing processes• Provide feedback and recommendations to senior management• Manage the professional development and personal improvement of team members• Liaise with customers and their representatives including Captains and Surveyors
