Current25 years in the construction industry, together with dual qualifications in engineering and law.My energy is focussed on sharing a unique perspective to negotiating and drafting agreements for delivery of projects and approaching risk management in a practical way.I have extensive experience in addressing disputes and contentious matters, combined with my training as a mediator ensures I provide efficient and cost-effective solutions, whether under contractual dispute mechanisms or in court proceedings of all levels.I have acted for contractors, developers, consultants, registered clubs, body corporates and insurers on a wide range of projects across Australia as well as the Pacific and Asia regions.
