My time spent at chase and partners consists of mostly agency work in the retail and commercial sector, however I also got an insight into a wide range of projects including development consultancy, professional work which included looking at lease renewals and helping with conducting rent reviews. I have also got experience in using numerous property related software such as CoStar, EGI, Perfect Property Information while also looking at development appraisals and researching key areas for clients for their retail requirements.

Develop Croydon: a private sector led, local initiative driving inward investment into Croydon. My input involved: Event organization, investor tours and conferences, primary planning, overall content, speaker bookings and researching appropriate delegates. I was client facing dealing with developers and investors all high profile clients. In addition, I have dealt with the successful marketing and delivery of projects in a number of other London Boroughs such as Wimbledon and Kingston as well as client’s individual promotional requirements. My understanding of the property market has increased over the duration of my time in Croydon as a natural result of my involvement in promoting regeneration of the town. I was also invovled with the MIPIM Property Conference where I helped set up and run the Croydon stand on the London pavilion in Cannes for a week.
