About James Clary

I am the Vice President of Chronic Care Services in the Growth Sector of Harris Healthcare – Ambulatory Group. In this role I focus my efforts on the company’s advancement of healthcare services, for the chronic care service line. My primary responsibilities include establishing and maintaining collaborative working relationships with employee, physician, customer, and governing leadership. Ideate new growth opportunities into the company and its operations. Participate in financial forecasting and budgeting for the enhance of existing services, develop new services, and manage expenses. Before our M&A with Harris Healthcare, I was part of the grass root development of core clinical content that launched the GEMMS electronic clinical information systems for cardiovascular and thoracic medicine. I also was formally trained at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine and practiced as a Physician Assistant – and was lucky enough to work at some amazing practices such as Nasser, Smith and Pinkerton Cardiology, The Care Group, The Heart Institute of East Texas, and Respiratory and Critical Care Specialists. I am truly passionate about my work and always eager to connect with other professionals. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, I think my favorite part is working with customers or medical business leaders to understand their business objectives. The collaboration process leads to ideas, the ideas lead to projects and the projects lead to solutions.I have a Master of Science in Health Informatics from Indiana University, Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Oklahoma University, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology with an emphasis in Pre-Medicine from Oklahoma Christian University.
