At GXO I managed inbound to outbound stock through deliveries, collections, and transfers. Which required accurately and efficiently inputting data into Microsoft Excel and 2 other warehouse management systems. Due to it also being a customer service role I would respond to urgent Investigation, tracking or stock requests, in a professional and timely manner which would appease the customer.
