Developed load tests used in SAP machine installations, as well as smoke tests when updating modules.Helped develop other testing methods such as using QF Test for front end automated use testing. Helped others learn how to use this tool.Learned Scrum Agile methodologies, heavily used Jira toolset and developed pages for Jira Confluence used to help support troubleshooting.
