Working within a management team of two, my duties focused on scheduling all thirty five full and part time stylists, technicians, beauticians, assistants and receptionists. We liaised directly with our PR Company, organising journalist visits, press days and celebrity visits. Magazines including Vogue, Tater, Harpers Bazaar, Evening Standard, Metro and Times-Style to name a few, featured Taylor Taylor London whilst I have managed the salons. My management team planned for all film, television and advertisement location bookings which along with exposure for the salon boosted profit. I oversaw all advertising purchases and Customer Service. This included anticipating and preventing customer related issues, maintaining a strong referral based clientele and a profitable business core taking over 1.5 million pounds Gross Turnover with 36% Gross Profit per annum.
