• Achieving personal revenue targets. • Building & maintaining relationships with clients and potential clients.• Preparing tailored quotes for Post-Production services.• Conducting industry research and identifying new business opportunities.• Conducting facility tours for prospective clients.• Daily management of forecasting documents.

• Managing the importing and exporting of files/notes for clients alongside keeping meticulous internal records.• Running VFX Dailies rounds to ensure all VFX artists are on track to complete their work on time and to specification.• Liaising between production and the artists to ensure all deadlines are met and any potential issues can be flagged.• Managing high quality work and talented artists.

• A host of office admin duties including updating and scheduling the production team diary, minute taking for internal meetings and meticulous organisation of shared folders.• Organise & setup media for all cinesync / client review session.

• Script Reading, script reporting and preparing VFX breakdowns.• Liaising with producers to asses VFX requirements for upcoming projects.• Implementing and maintaining internal filing systems.

• Managing a team of in-house runners.• Ensuring the building is maintained to a high standard and stocked with office supplies, food and sundries. • First point of call for all external editors and producers working within the facility and ensuring all their needs are met. • Operating as PA to senior members & directors, including booking travel and meetings.
