My responsibilities included customer service skills, troubleshooting and resolving end-user issues including printing, PC s, applications and audio/visual equipment. I also resolved connectivity issues and followed-up with end-users through face-to-face contact. I documented each issue with the resolution step taken. When needed, I escalated the issue with my documentation to the main IT desk. I achieved 99% first-contact resolution. This internship position expired when I graduated with my Associates degree in IT Networking.

Bellevue Campus

My responsibilities included administering a sub-domain network of ten servers and 325 PCs, in nine local and remote locations throughout Washington state and British Columbia. I deployed PCs, built and replicated PC images, configured administrative email and printing, troubleshot network connectivity, printing issues and software and hardware issues. Customer service was paramount which included remote and Desk-side support, and professional communication with customers and staff through email, phone calls and face-to-face meetings. This role concluded with a departmental reorganization.

My responsibilities included building PC images, installing client PCs, configuring email and printing, troubleshooting connectivity, printing and peripheral issues. Customer service was paramount which included remote and Desk-side support, professional communication with customers and staff through email, phone calls and face-to-face meetings. This role concluded when I was promoted into a Network Analyst role.

Renton Campus

My responsibilities included fielding calls from internal and external customers through email, phone and face-to-face communications. I was also responsible for entering, updating and closing out (resolved) trouble tickets within the ticketing system. When appropriate, I escalated and dispatched technicians. Other responsibilities included tracking software license agreements for maintaining compliance. This role concluded when I was promoted into a Network Specialist role.
