In this role my responsibilities vary and stretch quite a bit. On some days I am a full blown Social Media Manager posting content, video editing, advertising and brainstorming new opportunities in the digital space. Other days I'm an event planner that coordinates with caters, identify event spaces, facilitating registrations, designing print material, and deciding event structure. Some days I am a recruiter. Some days I am in sales. All these responsibilities are centered around the betterment of the Multi-Family Housing industry and the range of skills I am continuing to learn in this role is vast. I am appreciative to work with great people on the Association staff.

In this role, I help facilitate vending operations and investing operations of an Investment Group with nine active partners. Our mission is to Learn, Grow, and Prosper as young financiers and investors. As Part-Owner, I work on the team to qualify and execute on investments into stock positions for our Central Fund and small business operations. We've accumulated just shy of $15,000 in assets under management since we started in February of 2021. Through our wholly owned subsidiary, EIG Products LLC, we own and operate two vending machines which generate relatively passive income for our group.Our goal is to continue building up capital, to explore real estate investments, further small businesses investments, scholarship funds, and any other investments that offer an above-market return or chance to give back to our community.
