• Lead the due diligence and financial integration for six acquisitions including both share and asset deals which resulted in the group growing from 68 staff and £8.5m turnover in 2017 to 135 staff and £19.3m turnover in 2022.• Set up companies in the US and Singapore, overseeing the intercompany agreements, transfer pricing, banking, audit and tax compliance.• Automated the month end management accounts reporting process from Sage, significantly improving efficiency.• Set up a process allowing “fully costed” product profitability analysis after allocation of overheads which enabled informed strategic decisions to be made.• Improved the efficiency and transparency of the Accounts Payable function by implementing a supplier invoice software system which automated both the approval process and the postings into Sage.• Set up a pension salary sacrifice scheme, saving Employee National Insurance contributions and saving the company a significant amount of Employer National Insurance contributions .
