Duties/Responsibilities:-Day to day operational matters-Staff management (Hiring, training, development, disciplinary actions)-Weekly cash lodgment/verification-Health & Safety- Regular safety checks of the arena incl. Fire drills-Bookings-Working closely with booking office to anticipate issues and overlaps-Stock Management- Ordering Café stock, rotating stock based on dates, monthly stock takes. Ensure plenty of trophies, medals, puzzles. -Scheduling- ensuring we had enough staff to run efficiently and adjusting around mid-term breaks, summer holidays; while staying within payroll budget-Suppliers- Ensuring all game maintenance, repairs and software updates are preformed to a high standard and doesn't affect customer experience -Fire warden-Covid-19 Lead worker representative, put together safety training and procedures to ensure we go our Failte Ireland Safety Charter
