Development and commissioning of the Groups retirement villages and care facilities. Accountable for all aspects of each development including the commissioning, operations, sales & marketing, trading, and administration; along with the formation, management and empowerment of the respective teams. Finally, the refinancing and eventual out placement of the care operations to various third parties.

Working with the CEO in building up a series of retirement villages and care facilities over a ten year period whilst taking elements of the respective businesses to the market during this time. At the time of exit, the Group had five retirement villages eights care registrations as well as a Domiciliary Care operation and included over 350 independent living and assisted living properties.

Energizer Uk is a division of Ralston Energy Sytems (USA) that manufactures and distrbutes batteries via multiple global locations. On joining Energizer UK when I arrived in the UK, I took responsibility for the Wholesale and Independent Retail sectors of the business including Specialist Sectors. I had various levels of involvement and responsibility with the European pricing teams as well as with the European national accounting teams. As a key member of the domestic team I established myself within the UK adopting the cultures and business methodologies of the broader European markets which part form the basis of my business exposure.
