With a significant knowledge within the Food & Beverage sector I was responsible for the full life cycle of a Redzone deployment from the “Go-live’ training (both Productivity & Quality Compliance) to the Continuous Improvement coaching and Kaizen facilitation that follows. From a Quality perspective, I scoped plants on steps to become fully paperless, translate traditional paper checks to digital Redzone environment, trained teams from shop floor to executive, and ensured site quality plan was fully compliant for all e-record regulations. I coached customer's plant teams into repeatable cycles that delivered lasting bottom line savings in 90 days and thereafter. The coaching program lowered conversion costs and created margin expansion; whilst driving continuous improvement so that it became sustainable in the workplace. My aim was to empower everyone in the organization to be able to make data driven decisions and make this a way of life.
